Your insurer will send us a quote request to our email, [email protected].
One of our insurance specialists with contact you directly to arrange a convenient time to complete an estimate. We can also pick up your RV at this time so an assessor can assess the repairs at our repair centre if required.
Your RV has been assessed
Once we have assessed the damage and discussed the right repair process for your RV, we will send this along with photographs to your insurer. Depending on the extent of your claim, your insurer may elect to assess the damage from our photos or book an inspection time.
Once this inspection is complete and the assessors report is sent direct to your insurer we wait for it to be authorised (this can take up to 48 hours).
Authority Received
When your insurer has assessed and authorised your claim, Accurate Caravan Repairs will be in contact with you to explain the next steps in the process and arrange a book in date for your repairs to commence.
Repairs Authorised
Accurate Caravan Repairs will receive a ‘Repair Authority’ from the insurer.
The assessor will call to confirm the full extent of repairs have been authorised and a team member from Accurate Caravan Repairs will call and discuss the time frame required for the repairs to be completed. At this time, if you would like a service, modifications or any extras done whilst your RV is on site, let us know.
Repairs Completed
Once the repairs are complete, Accurate Caravan Repairs have a three stage final quality control check of your RV
Step One:
Our technician will check the job card and confirm that all repairs have been completed and all parts have been changed as per the insurance company repair authority.
Step Two:
Our work shop manager checks all seals, quality of the repairs and all appliances are operational (Note this appliance check is also completed prior to repairs commencing).
Once your repairs have been signed off by the workshop your RV undergoes an extensive interior and exterior clean.
Step Three:
Before we call you to arrange collection, management will also check all repairs and seals guaranteeing our repairs to your RV are above industry standard and your RV is waiting for you as you would expect.
